WARRANTY POLICY

 

          
 (a) All parts purchased from The Muffler Connection site carries a full 1 year warranty against defect or malfunction due to manufacture from the date of sale. (b) Failure on the part of the buyer to install a part properly in accord with the manufacturers instructions or abuse or damage to a part due to negligence on the part of the buyer voids this warranty. (c) The Muffler Connection is absolved from all responsibility from any loss or contingency connected with or resulting from the use or installation of any part it sells on this or any other of it's sites.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY

Payment:

         Can be made simply by using our shopping cart feature via Visa or Mastercard or receive an addtional 2% discount when paid for with certified funds ( money order or cashiers check) in advance.

Shipping:    

           (a) All orders shipped within the continental USA are shipped freight prepaid via UPS or Fedex ground. Rush service is also available at an addtional charge. Please call for exact rates. (b) All international shipments are shipped at prevailing USPS (United States Postal Service) rates. (c) Seller assumes responsibility for any 'additional' freight costs resulting in the event an item sold does not fulfill its description as represented at the point of sale. .

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS



The Muffler Connection offers a no questions asked 10 day return policy, however Buyer is responsible for all freight charges associated with all items returned except where a part fails to fulfill the application for which it was advertised or where the part fails to perform the purpose for which is was advertised or sold due to faulty manufacture as specified under the terms of our general warranty policy as stated above. In addition, a 15% restocking charge will be assessed where a customer exercises his right to return a item for any reason except where an item sold does not fulfill it's description as represented by the seller or a warranty issue applies in order to address any fees associated with the sale of an item including but not limited to E-Bay Final Value Fees, credit card fees and such. All refunds are issued in the form of a company check within 5 business days of the receipt of a returned item.
