* In the event any muffler, catalytic converter, or fuel pump we sell fails to perform due to defect or faulty manufacture and not due to negligence, misuse, mishap or faulty installation on the part of the user in accord with the manufacturers instructions, The Muffler Connection will replace such a part absolutely free plus refund the purchaser the full amount of the original purchase less any shipping and handling costs associated with the replacement item for up to one full year from the date of purchase. Hence the term, ‘Double for your Trouble’. (Note: There is no one in the industry that even come close to offering such a buyer protection plan. In order to honor this offer The Muffler Connection reserves the right to establish the verity of such a claim by having it returned at our expense in order to be subjected to factory testing. This enables us to be able to track quality issues on the parts we sell as well as making sure we are truly honoring legitimate warranty claims.

# In the event any catalytic converter, fuel pump or clutch kit we sell fails to perform due to defect or faulty manufacture and not due to negligence, mishap, or misuse including but not limited to extreme and abnormal driving conditions, The Muffler Connection will replace such a part at a prorated amount of 5% of the original purchase for each month said warranty remains in force; that is to say from the 13th through the 36th month from the date of the original purchase. In order to honor this offer The Muffler Connection
reserves the right to bill customer at the current replacement cost plus for the warranted item until such time that original part has been returned and it has been determined that any malfunction meets the conditions specified above. Once such a determination has been made subject to the manufacturers inspection, customer will be refunded the total purchase price less the normal cost of shipping a new replacement part via a Parcel carrier of the customer's choice.
≈Under the terms of this program The Muffler Connection reserves the right to establish whether a claim with regard to the failure of a part it has sold within this covered period, is in fact due to the fault of the manufacturer or as a direct result of negligence, mishap or misuse including but not limited to extreme and abnormal driving conditions the part of its user. The Muffler Connection reserves the right customer to bill customer at the current replacement cost for the warranted item until such time that the original part has been returned and it has been determined that any malfunction meets the conditions specified above. The Limited Lifetime 'Seven Year Itch'-Protection Plan is non=transferable and applies to only the original owner of the vehicle on which part has been installed.
